Spanish to English translations [PRO] Internet, e-Commerce / Conference on improvements in IT for public administration
Spanish term or phrase:trámites
This is a tab on a website related to IT and modernisation of public services.
I know what it means, in this case: it's all the processes or queries that you might want to get into on the website related to the conference, such as registering as a participant, getting further information, etc. I just can't think of a suitable general term in English. These aren't so much "queries" as "actions" or something. Not just forms, or further information, but all sorts of possible trámites. Has anyone found a satisfactory translation for this? The term does its job well in Spanish, but I'm drawing a blank in terms of an English equivalent...
Please, if answerers could refrain from referring me to past kudos answers on this term: I have looked into them, but need your help too since they're not really doing it for me. Cheers!
UK Eng please, and thanks very much in advance for your input.
:) Much appreciated.

I went with Lisa's suggestion "Information and registration" but I have to say, there were some great suggestions here so thank you everyone. I think that the general "further information" or "forms and information" might also work depending on the context. What a horrid term in English! Though I suspect that it's a useful general term in Spanish of course...Thank you all. :) 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
There's me racking my brains, but perhaps there just isn't a satisfactory solution here really. All of your suggestions so far are reallt helpful: thanks for helping me brainstorm this one everyone.
Honest to God I don't think there is a catch-all answer for "trámites". In the context, I'd personally suggest you use a heading like "Registration and FAQ" or "Fees and registration".

Following your indications, I haven't even looked at the previous kudoz suggestions, in order not to be influenced. Pls therefore foregive if I repeat!
I got this idea from the Land Registry page: http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/ - it looked as if it might fit yr particular bill.

Sorry Kate, I seem to be suffering from selective blindness, and completely ignored your comment about "not just forms or further info"...

Asker: No, no! I think I am going to have to use something like this after all: the general consensus so far is that I'm not missing some wonder term, and that I will have to use something like you've suggested. A great help having all of your input on this: thanks!

Explanation: If it is a tab, you do not need any more. Presumably you click on it and get a menu with all the specifics.
There is perhaps fortunately no suitable English equivalent for "haciedo un trámite" which where I live seems to be the national sport.

Info & Registration --OR-- Info & Admin. Procedures (or Info & Administration, or Info & Procedures)
Explanation: One of these suggestions may be the right solution, considering the content you mentioned and the fact that, being a tab, it may need to be less wordy than some of the other alternatives.
