Spanish term or phrase: URGENTE - Immediate help with Transit

Holá a todos. Soy más que consciente de que este no es el sitio para pedir esta ayuda, pero DEBO entregar un texto para mañana utilizando Transit, que acabo de instalar. He llegado al punto en el que tengo que guardar el archivo recibido y no veo la opción. Si alguien puede ayudarme tan urgentemente, ruego se ponga en contacto conmigo mediante mi e-mail o "responder". Muchas gracias de antemano.

"While translating, make sure to manually save (CTRL S) your translation once in a while, as the program can get quirky, and we don't want you to lose your work. Otherwise, you can select Autosave under Options > Profile > Settings, but I prefer to manually save, in case an autosave tries to run at the same time as a fuzzy match search, forcing your computer to go berzerk, which sometimes happens in Windows."
