Spanish to English translations [PRO]

Spanish term or phrase: centros de alta espontánea

This is in relation to a website for training course providers. Course providers can register with this website and advertise their courses through it. In this translation centro = provider.

The providers can either be 'centros de alta espontánea' or 'centros de alta forzada'.

I'm pretty sure that alta forzada = forced registration. So it is the other term I'm looking for. And also how to fit it together into a single term. For example, I currently have "forced registration providers" but perhaps you can think of a better way to phrase this?

Apologies for the Granada University dictionary definition — I read automatic, rather than autonomic. However, I still suggest automatic.
