"Fixed flow" doesn't appear to be the right term in English. I don't know whether flow or bandwidth or transfer rate or transmission rate should be used. I can't find anything in parallel texts about "fixed * shared across/between all servers". Also, I'm assuming "fijo" means fixed, i.e. a rate that can't be exceeded, but could it also mean constant?
