Aid grant verdict?
Aid concession decision?

This is what I've come up with, but know instincitvely that they don't do the job...

Also the EU seems to use the term "aid" instead of "grant/subsidy/incentive" which would be more common in the UK. Any thoughts on this??
Thanks everyone...

aid/grant award decision
Explanation:
"Aid" appears more frequently in contexts related to educational financial assistance, but I have also found this EU reference:

http://eur-lex.europa.eu/Notice.do?mode=dbl&lang=en&ihmlang=...

Unless you have strong feelings about this word, I would choose "grant".

Hope this helps.
