Spanish to English translations [PRO]

Spanish term or phrase: en bajadas
Context:

"MARGIN CALL: de acuerdo a nuestra política, estaría ****en bajadas**** del 12.5% del total invertido, que estaría al día de hoy a niveles de un rendimiento del subyacente de LIBOR 3M..."

I think that the idea here is that the Margin Call will go into place when the total invested amount drops by 12.5%, but I'm basically guessing here... any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

Explanation:
When an investor buys on margin he must keep a minimum amount of equity in the account. If the stock price drops causing the equity in the account to fall below the minimum maintenance requirement then this will trigger a maintenance call. What that means is the investor must deposit more money in his account to meet the minimum maintenance requirement or liquidate his position. I gather by reading the context that they have already explained what their maintenance requirement is since they mention 12.5%. So, then, I would translate it as follows: according to our policy he would trigger a maintenance call...
