I need to get the correct meaning of this in this context- I don't think it is "load", but nor necessarily "upload" - is it store? Or something else...

Context - two examples:
"Además del módulo anterior, la aplicación Visual Basic con bases de dalos Oracle, debe disponer de un módulo donde se puedan cargar, opcionalmente, identificadores de los documentos, fecha de actualización y otra información asociada para la validación y contraste del documento en el momento de la lectura y clasificación"

and

"Este módulo debe disponer de opciones de carga, impresión por rangos, consulta, edición, etcétera"
