Spanish term or phrase: no están en paso a cobro, ni están en no paso a cobro
Hello,

They are talking about accounts.
The sentences goes like this "las cuentas que no están en paso a cobro, ni están en no paso a cobro, ni están dadas de baja, ni son Activas"

I know that they are talking of accounts which are not pending to be charges ...but what would the entire sentence mean.

Regards,
