Hi, in the following sentence, "la cifra de bajas de tropas roza los 3.500 desde que empezó la guerra", does 'roza' mean that it hasn't quite reached 3,500 yet? Would it be ok to translate it as "has reached almost" or "is around" or something like that? Thank you very much!
