Does anyone know of a standard translation for this in terms of ontracts. I have been led to believe the translation used is WHEREAS and NOW THEREFORE. Is this the case?

NOW, THEREFORE...


Explanation:
For that last line 'POR TANTO...', I've seen contracts saying 'NOW,THEREFORE...' followed by the agreement.
