Al comienzo del contrato, donde se identifican las partes, aparecen.... "Por una parte..... por otra parte.... (I have resolved these as "On one hand... on the other hand....), but how do you handle this "por una última parte"?

Es obvio que debería estar descansando, en lugar de estar traduciendo hoy. ;o)

agree  AllegroTrans: this is the one I would go for, it somehow is more formal than "finally" in a legal doc. but simply "and" between each name would be fine - it's what we would usually do in English legalese

Si estás traduciendo un contrato, María, y la parte de identificación de las partes, va así:

John Smith, as part of the first party, Jane Doe, as part of the second party, and Tim Fox, as part of the last party......

Así son los encabezamientos de los contratos que he visto/traducido. En el contrato hay partes, que se traducen como "parties", cada "party" puede estar compuesta por más de una persona, entonces al nombrar la persona dicen que es "part of the first party".

Aunque generalmente en los contratos solo hay dos partes, por lo cual estoy un poco en duda si en el contrato que estás traduciendo hay más de dos, a veces hay alguna tercera parte involucrada y se identifica en la comparecencia.
