Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Special Power of Attorney
Spanish term or phrase: extendido en dos folios correlativos / consiente según interviene
I am working on a Special Power of Attorney from Spain into UK English.

I am not happy with the rendering of the following paragraph particularly the “extendido en dos folios correlativos” / “consiente según interviene”.

Thank you all so much for your help.

Original Spanish (Spain):

La Señora compareciente lee por si este poder, *** extendido en dos folios correlativos *** de papel notarial, lo encuentra conforme, *** consiente según interviene *** y firma conmigo.

De todo, lo cual, yo el Notario, doy fe. ------------

My attempt (UK English):

On her own accord, the appearing party reads this instrument, ** issued on two consecutively numbered folios *** of notarial paper, and having deemed it satisfactory, *** she consents, acts *** and signs along with me.

To all the foregoing, I, the Notary, attest. ---------------

Notes to answerer
Asker: Many thanks Gracie. Appreciate your invaluable help. This is what I am now coming up with: "On her own accord, the appearing party reads this instrument, issued on two sheets of notarial paper, numbered consecutively, and having deemed it satisfactory, she consents and signs along with me." What is still bugging me is "según interviene". Is this "in her capacity"? To all the foregoing, I, the Notary, attest.

Asker: On her own accord, the appearing party reads this instrument issued on two sheets of notarial paper, numbered consecutively, and having deemed it satisfactory, in the capacity in which she appears, consents and signs along with me. In your opinion, do you think that the above is now correct? Muchas gracias. Un abrazo.

agree  MikeGarcia: It is quite correct (2nd version). The expression "consiente según interviene" is notarial jargon in Spain that means, simply, that she has expressed her consent as per the preceding contents of the PoA.-
