Spanish to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Articles of Incorporation | | Spanish term or phrase: "Acta de Socios Fundadores" | Hi,
In the Articles of Incorporation is there a standard phrase for this? (US EN)
Many thanks |
| | Clarification request(s) and responseHenry Hinds: 3:26pm Jan 10, 2007: I think a lot depends upon the specific nature of the "Acta" itself, the nature of the corporation, country of origin, etc. (CONTEXT) in order to be able to choose the most appropriate terms. EClarke: 4:11pm Jan 10, 2007: Of course, sorry. It is a Uruguayan Corporation.
An example of the context is "Designar a los Sres. xxx, xxx, y xxx para aprpobar y firmar la siguiente Acta de Socios Fundadores." or "testimonio notarial de acta de socios fundadores" Henry Hinds: 4:17pm Jan 10, 2007: I can only find 2 references for "Acta de Socios Fundadores", neither from Uruguay. Plus the other necessary CONTEXT is still missing; realizing of course that you may or may not have it.
