I don´t seem to be reading this the same as everyone else - or I´m having an "espeso" day... Paraphrasing to explain what I understand: compensation for unfair dismissal is 33 days´ salary per yr worked. If the period of employment was from less than a yr (and to up to 24 months), then the amount will be calculated proportionally by month. I am clear on everything except why you should calculate proportionally by month from 12 mths to 24 mths when that could be calculated by year???.
What I don´t see it as is equal division of payouts.
