I am having difficulty understanding the exact meaning of the above in the following clause of a Spanish employment contract:

En el supuesto de haber respondido afirmativamente a la anterior cláusula, cuando el contrato se extinga por causas objectivas y la extinción sea declarada improcedente, la cuantía de la indemnización a la que se refiere el art. 53 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, en su remiosión a los efectos des despido disciplinario previstos en el art. 56 del mismo texto legal, será de 33 días de salario por año de servicio, prorrateándose por meses los períodos de tiempo inferiores a un año y hasta un máximo de 24 mensualidades.

This is what I have so far:

Assuming you have answered YES to the previous clause and should the contract expire on objective grounds and the expiry is declared improper, the amount of severance pay, referred to in art. 53.5 of the Workers Statute, in its recommendation for disciplinarian purposes provided for in article 56 of the said legal text, will be 33 days’ wages for each year of service. This will paid on a monthly basis for periods of time under a year and up to 24 months.

My understanding of the text is:
… shall be 33 days of wages per year of service, prorated by month for periods of less than one year, up to a maximum of 24 months.
(i.e. maximum payment would be 66 days)
