Quisiera saber si existe algún término en inglés para describir estas expresiones, o debo explicarlas, ya que busqué en distintas fuentes y no pude encontrarlas.

"absolute title"/"classification as possessory title"

Really 2 sep- questions.

Abs. title does not pluralise.

Inthe UK & Ireland, there are:

1. abs. title - no. 3 automatically converts after 12 years.

2. good leasehold title

3. possessory title - no doc. evidence, hence I think this is the category of the 2nd part of the question. The agent or attorney is making a statutory declaration as would happen in the UK with missing title deeds.

4. qualified title: which has a fundamental defect. Whilst it does look like it is cognate with calificación, it would admit there is sthg. wrong.
