XXX negociará, según indicaciones de XXX y bajo el criterio jurídico más oportuno, aquellas condiciones que sean más beneficiosas para su cliente.

I was thinking of translating "... y bajo el criterio jurídico más oportuno" as "...and within the most appropriate legal framework", since I think that translates the idea.

Does that seem correct or should I stay closer to the original text?
