Spanish term or phrase: gastos de confianza
Hello,
I am trying to translate the phrase "gastos de confianza" in the heading "Inversiones o gastos de confianza no amortizados". It is part of a legal document discussing why they want to terminate an agreement. Any ideas? Thanks.

cost of building client base / cost of building up the business/goodwill
Explanation:
I think "confianza" may be a little like "goodwill" which is an intangible asset, but may be written down as if it were a tangible asset (see glossary entry in first link). I await with interest to see if any colleague has a different and perhaps clearer insight into this question.
