Google brings up some results for "Organs of Administration", but it doesn't sound right to me...

"A tales efectos, se entenderá por empresas del Grupo empresarial de cada una de las Partes aquellas entidades legales controladas por una de las Partes o que controla a una de las Partes o que está bajo el control compartido con una de las Partes y por “control” deberá entenderse, bien la propiedad directa o indirecta de mas del 50% de las acciones que dan derecho a votar el nombramiento de Administradores y/o miembros del Consejo de Administración durante el periodo de tiempo en que dicho control perdure, o bien una facultad equivalente que permita ejercer un control sobre los Órganos de Administración"

Personally I like the sound of "Governing Bodies" more than "Institutions", however both are given in Thomas L. West, III's Spanish-English Dictionary of Law and Business as translations for "órgano"
