Henry Hinds: 9:29pm Jan 30, 2008: La pregunta es, ¿cómo puede ser objeto de un contrato, NO hacer algo? No me parece racional. En todo caso sería una restricción o prohibición. ¿O nos falta CONTEXTO?

I don't see Henry's problem. Res. covs. are common in employment contracts. Indeed, they can even be taxed, as in Higgs vs. Olivier - Tax Inspector Higgs vs. the late actor Sir/Lord Lawrence Olivier nailed for receiving payments for agreeing not to act.

Also, fixed assets include land and buildings.
