Unfortunately nothing has been added that would help. For one thing, I cannot figure out how there could be debts for an increase in value, and "cooperaciones" are normally donations, so there must be more to explain that.
I am translating a property purchase agreement; the sentence I am having trouble with relates to the property being free of encumbrances or liens, indebtedness and..... here comes the word I am having trouble with..... "concepto de cooperaciones o plusvalias (which I have as capital gains).
