A coalition contract from Spain. The whole document has been referring to the "concesionario" and the "acreditado"...I have been translating the latter as "borrower", but at the end it mentions both "acreditados" and "prestatarios" and both seem to have the definition of "borrower"...is there any way of differentiating the 2?

"Las Entidades del Grupo quedan autorizadas par utilizar los datos para enviar (al/los titular/es, prestatario/s, acreditado/s, según proceda) informaciones comerciales relativas a cualesquiera bienes, productos o servicios que comercialicen o financien, directa o indirectamente, tanto en la actualidad o en el futuro."

It seems to me that since your text makes the distinction, you may translate "acreditados" as beneficiaries, because although beneficiary and borrower may well coincide in the same person sometimes, at others, there may be one person that is the borrower "per se" and another that simply is the recipient of funds, ergo, the beneficiary.
