Hola. Tengo un párrafo que dice así: "Las partes, por tratarse de un Convenio Colectivo no articulado ni articulante, en forma absolutamente voluntaria adquieren el compromiso de no afectar este CCT con otros acuerdos de distinto nivel y ámbito, respetando el reconocido principio de buena fe." ¿Alguien puede ayudar con ese "no articulado ni articulante"?

Explanation:
A mi me parece que en este caso podríamos optar por la opción literal, interpreto que se trata de un convenio que no es "articulado" en el sentido no de artículos sino de articulación, organización, estructura, impuesto, resultante de presiones, algo por el estilo, y tampoco "articulante" en el sentido de que no pretende sentar precedentes o impulsar otro tipo de acciones.
