This is in the opening paragraph of a business contract from Ecuador. I am having trouble with "los derechos que representa"

I have a feeling there is an equivalent set phrase in English. It would be great to find out what it is. Thanks for your help.

... for the interests (which) he represents in his capacity qua = as the Executive Chairman
Explanation:
Rights are really interests. Also doubtful whether there is a set phrase as Chairmen/Presidents of UK/Aussie etc. corporations are not allowed on the Board, if indeed a member of such, to act for anybody or represent anyone's interests except the Company's and, as a corollary, the shareholders'.
