Spanish term or phrase: sellos de actuación notarial números

Estoy revisando la traducción de un poder argentino otorgado para la compra de un avión y las diligencias relacionadas. Al final del documento, aparece:

"Ante mí [nombre del escribano]. Está mi sello. Concuerda con su escritura matriz que pasó al folio xx del Registro xxx a mi cargo. Para el apoderado expido Primera Copia con dos ** sellos de actuación notarial** números xxx al xxx, en el lugar y fecha de su otorgamiento."

Tengo entendido que el escribano argentino equivale a lo que en otros países latinoamericanos se conoce como notario, pero que este notario no equivale a lo que en el derecho sajón se conoce como "notary public" sino que equivale a "civil law notary public". ¿Cuál sería el equivalente entonces de "sello de actuación notarial"?
