It is a clause in a promissory note from Perú. It says:

Causa de Emisión.- El presente Pagaré es emitido de conformidad con los términos y condiciones pactadas entre el Deudor y XXX, en el Contrato de Préstamo celebrado el [--] de [--] de 2012 entre el Deudor como prestatario y XXX como prestamista.

I just cannot imagine this is translated literally as "Cause of issue/issuance"

Any ideas?
