Here's the context:

Cuando el Arrendatario sea el que desee dar por terminado este tipo de contrato, deberá notificar al Arrendador por escrito, recabando acuse de recibo con 30 días naturales de anticipación al día señalado para ello obligándose a poner cédulas en lugar visible y a mostrar el interior del local a las personas que pretendan verlo, conforme a lo ordenado por el artículo 2479 del Código Civil vigente.
