First- this is not a complete sentence. But what's mostly troubling me is "la función de conformidad a lo resuelto" part.
Is this talking about the time in which these union members are negotiating and coming to an agreement? So, could it be "for the duration of the negotiation process by the General Assembly" or something along those lines? |

I think you're missing a comma after "función". I think "función" refers to the position of the members of the "Junta Directiva".
Obviously I'm assuming a fair amount of missing text with this answer. Is that the case?
