El Vendedor podrá crear un derecho real de garantía en o ceder las cuentas a cobrar generadas por este Contrato; a condición, no obstante, de que el Vendedor acuerde liberar al Comprador de toda responsabilidad resultante en caso de que este último opte por pagar a dicho cesionario.
13. Cession
Seller may not transfer the obligations of this Contract without the prior written consent of Buyer. Seller may create a guarantee of real property in or transfer the generated accounts to be charged created by the Contract; provided, however, that Seller agrees to release Buyer of all subsequent responsibility in the event that Buyer elects to pay said cessionary. |
