I'm surprised that by clicking on "kudoz glossaries" I should be doing something wrong. In any case, thanks for your input. I don't think it's necessary for 3 different people in one post to simply tell me to use the glossary, when I have already answered them and mentioned that I tried to do this before posting by using "Kudoz glossary". I suggest it be made more clear to askers that they should use "term search" instead. Apologies for posting the question to anyone who felt irritated!

You're doing something wrong. You click on the Terminology tab at the top of the home page, select Term Search, and enter the phrase and the language pair. As Allegro says, we've had this question many times before.

Yes thanks for your help, I am aware of that, and looked into the glossary before posting. However it was not user-friendly enough for me to find this particular phrase. It's in alphabetical order and I could not find the phrase I was looking for using this system. If you could let me know how I should go about finding this particular phrase in the 6000+ that exist under "contracts" that would be a great help.

Many standard phrases like this have already been entered into the ProZ glossary - you should look there before posting
