Spanish term or phrase: Y en prueba de conformidad con todo lo que antecede
This is not my specialist area, I'm simply translating this for a friend, so I would appreciate any help from somebody more specialized in contracts. Many thanks in advance.

At the end of the contract, where both parties sign, this is the full sentence:

Y en prueba de conformidad con todo lo que antecede, las partes interesadas firman el presente contrato, por duplicado, quedando un ejemplar en poder de cada una de ellas.

Yes I can translate this in my own words, but is there a standard phrase in English equivalent to this?

disagree  Andy Watkinson: The phrase in question is boilerplate in Spanish. I don't believe it's a good idea to offer answers without having sufficient background.

Asker: Thanks for your help. I looked in the glossary before posting, but could not come up with this using the alphabetical order system which the phrases are classified into. Please let me know how you searched for this phrase. Thanks.

Asker: OK this is much better. I was here: http://www.proz.com/glossary-translations/ and it was impossible to do a search. Thanks again.
