Espero que puedan ayudarme con un término al inglés: “El Informante”, incluido en un Acuerdo de Confidencialidad entre dos empresas relacionadas con un proyecto de minería. En el contrato aparecen dos partes: “El Informante” y “El Receptor”.

¿Podría ser “Discloser” como he encontrado en otros contratos de confidencialidad y “Recipient” por “El Receptor”? Muchas gracias.
