Me again. This is taken from a tender specifications document.

Cada uno de los empresarios que componen la agrupación deberá acreditar su capacidad de obrar y la solvencia económica, financiera y técnica o profesional, con la presentación de la documentación a que hacen referencia las cláusulas siguientes, debiendo indicar en documento privado (ANEXO VII) ****los nombres y circunstancias de los empresarios que las suscriban****, la participación de cada uno de ellos y la persona o entidad que, durante la vigencia del contrato, ha de ostentar la plena representación de todos ellos frente a XXXX así como la asunción del compromiso de constituirse en Unión Temporal de Empresas (artículo 24 del RGLCAP).

agree  James A. Walsh: Don't think I've ever actually used "businessperson" for the UK (or anywhere, for that matter); but it is clearly widely used stateside. I tend to say "besinessman/woman" or "entrepeneur" (depending on context)
