Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Last Will and Testament
Spanish term or phrase: ... de la sucesion testamentaria....
The complete title of the will is as follows: "Primer Testimonio de la escritura publica de tramitacion extrajudicial de la primera seccion de la sucesion testamentaria a bienes del Senor Juan Jimenez."

My main question is about the term, "sucesion testamentaira" I don't know if I should translate it as Testate Inheritance, Probate, Inheritance (with nothing else) or what exactly... I have seen it all ways.....
