Explanation:
Yo creo que aquí hay un error, y me parece entender que lo que quieren decir es que las razones del incumplimiento no se pueden establecer con certeza. Eso creo.

También podría ser que el inclumplimiento no fuera de "cierta entidad", pero lo dudo, porque en un contrato siempre hablan de del incumplimiento de una u otra "parte", no de "entidades" que no son parte del contrato.

Francamente pienso que hay un error en toda la frase.
