I think it is just a typo, isn´t it?

I cannot think of any other answer :)

I agree with SilviaInt. The original text is kind of a mess! Not only "parta" is incorrect. You need to know if there is only "una marca o varias", and then use either singular or plural...
"las marcas españolas anteriores" o
la marca española anterior"
And "solicitud".... might be "solicitada" but that is going too far, I have no idea how the rest of the doument is...
