As per ProZ rules, a question can only be a miximum of 10 words long. Your question should be broken down into smaller sentences but the whole paragraph should be provided in each question for context.
There is nothing offensive about this question so why mark it as such?
the language used in certificates (marriage, birth, etc) is very different that the one used for patents, etc. by restricting your question to that area of expertise, you are excluding a lot of people that could really help you, and finally this may sound childish but we love our points!
If you don't mind, I would suggest opening 2 or 3 more questions each with a specific part of the paragraph (remember that for context you should still include the whole thing), starting with "por la semejanza que guarda..." I will get you going with first part. Can you please edit the ofensive part? Thank you
