Need a bit of help with this sentence. Not sure I've expressed it correctly or attractively :) For the UK. Thanks.
Here's my current draft:
".....with both parties accepting that this Contract is of a intuitu personae nature with respect to the DIRECTOR."
El DIRECTOR se obliga a realizar el encargo encomendado y a prestar sus servicios conforme a la máxima calidad y diligencia exigible a los directores profesionales, teniéndose especialmente en cuenta que LA PRODUCTORA le han escogido por el alto nivel de calidad en sus trabajos y por sus demás cualidades personales, artísticas y profesionales, asumiendo ambas partes que el presente contrato tiene carácter intuitu personae respecto del DIRECTOR. |
