Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Taxation & Customs / source text from Mexico | | Spanish term or phrase: facultades de comprobación | This comes from a determination letter from the SAT(Tax Administration Service) in Mexico, and the phrase appears several times throughout the text. Here is one example:
"Hay que precisar que el origen del crédito fiscal impugnado fue determinado con base en las facultades de comprobación que ejerció la extinta Administración Central de Fiscalización al Sector Financiero y a Grandes Contribuyentes Diversos."
Then again,...."ordenó el ejercicio de las facultades de comprobación, por lo que cito al C.P. (XYZ) para revisar el dictamen fiscal que formuló." |
