Its the legend that goes in the back of a Promissory note, issued by the endorser to the endorsee as proxy for its judicial claim, it goes attached in a document or affixed at the back of the instrument. And generally reads as "Páguese valor en procuración" (to the order of..xyz)
What it is: only what has been said here: about payment. What it isn't: anything already discussed about "Endorsee as proxy" in here.
It is an order of payment, and imperative, but I guess I am out of time and ...knowledge.
Pueden ayudarme (sin mucha critica de mi inglés) I thought of these two ideas:
"Pay this value in procurement to the order of xxx"
"Let it be paid this value in procurement to the order of xxx"

This is the way I see it.
Es la leyenda del endoso de valor en procuracion sobre un pagaré para su cobro en la via judicial. Se pone en la parte de atras del pagaré o se le agrega un documento de endoso que diga "PAguese valor en procuracion (a la ordern de) XYZ. = It's the inscription of the endorser by proxy of a promissory note for the purposes of legal tender. It is written on the back side of the promissory note or it is a separate document attached to the promissory note that states: "By way of proxy, pay to the order of XYZ."
