this appears as a heading and also as "el present auto de archivo es por el programa W..."

It seems to refer to an order issued by the Tax Authorities with reference to Company XXX, whereby it determines that all tax evidence submitted is satisfactory (se establecio lo siguiente: Se Aportaron las Pruebas Satisfactorias).
