Spanish to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Taxation & Customs / Court case | | Spanish term or phrase: incardinación - incardinar - incardinable | This is from a court case between the Spanish Customs Agency and the U.S. parent company and its affiliate in Spain. All the translations I find have to do with the Church, but I need the legal use of this term. Here are some examples of its use in the text:
Posible incardinación de los programas de ordenador como obras científicas
los cánones relativos a la cesión de uso de programas informáticos se incardinan en otra categoría diferente a la de los cánones asociados a la cesión de derechos de obras literarias
dichos servicios tendrían igualmente la consideración de cánones, por cuanto serían incardinables en la categoría de “asistencia técnica”,
I really appreciate the help. |
