Explanation:
It means "vehículos, equipo de transporte y [equipo] caminero móvil". This phrase comes up many times; practically every instance of "caminero móvil" that you find is part of the phrase "equipo caminero móvil":

The equivalent phrase in English seems to be, as you would expect, "mobile truck equipment". It includes things like container carriers. Compare the following:

Explanation:
I may be missing something, but my Collins lists "caminero" as "road-builder (Lat. Am.)", and virtually all the vehicles in Charles' link are to do with road-building.
A more long-winded trannie would be "mobile road-building plant", which gets plenty of hits.
