En estos casos de exportación definitiva, el hecho de que la venta se haga con posterioridad podría crear problemas si el precio es mayor o menor al establecido en la factura y la diferencia va a dar lugar a un pago que difiera con el precio de dicha factura. En este caso, el único procedimiento para regularizar la operación sería que el exportador formalizara una declaración rectificatoria ante la Aduana justificando que ha recibido un importe diferente y, consecuentemente ingresar las divisas correspondientes a este nuevo importe.
