En una de las tablas en la que detallan las adiciones y deducciones con respecto al impuesto a la renta de los diferentes ejercicios que han sido sometidos a revisión, tengo lo siguiente:
-Adiciones (gastos personales del contribuyente , multas, recargos, etc.)
-Deducciones (ingresos financieros exonerados neto)
-Renta neta
-Pérdida de ejercicios anteriores
-Renta neta imponible
-Crédito con derecho a devolución
-Saldo a favor
-Pago a cuenta del impuesto a la renta
-Cuota de regularización (saldo a favor arrastrable)

¿Se podría traducir como "adjustment fee"? ¿O como "adjustment (tax) payment"?

I think you can leave out "cuota de". A "saldo a favor arrastrable" is a credit balance carried forward.
