This term appears in a list following instructions given to one of the parties in a contract [from Spain] to provide contact information and personal information. The other things listed are TF (presumably telephone), FX (presumably FAX number), and e-M (e-mail).

Any ideas? KOG has no entry for the term that is relevant in the present context.
