My question revolves around the phrase "en propiedad". The title of this document is: "Certificado de Aportación" que ampara una parte social (= equity share) in a partnership.

Does "en propiedad" here refer to ownership, as in "Certificate of Ownership Contribution", i.e., contribution as an owner. or
does it refer to an "in-kind" contribution? This is a document issued to a company which is acquiring one equity share in another company (parte social).
