Spanish term or phrase: adscritos e investigatores
In this context:

Samantha Jones
deputy ( ) and investigators
Explanation:
= The 17 deputy Agents of the Public Prosecutor's Office and investigators headquartered at the city...

From Mexico. That's how I do it, anyway.

In other contexts "adscritos" can be traqnslated as assigned, here I've used "deputy" becuase it fits this context.

NOTE: I forgot \"del fuero común\" - The 17 deputy Agents of the STATE Public Prosecutor\'s Office and investigators headquartered at the city...

\"del fuero común\" indicates \"STATE\" as opposed to \"FEDERAL\".
