Law/Patents - Law (general) / Panamanian birth certificate
Spanish term or phrase: cesinap
This term appears as 280071 cesinap next to the national seal in the upper left hand corner of a Panamanian birth certificate. Anyone have an idea what it stands for? I'm assuming it's an official anagram or an abbreviation of some sort.
