Explanation:
En terminología legal, la palabra accidental implica que un funcionario cubre una posicion adjunta o en reemplazo, como en el caso de los jueces accidentales. Estos suplen al juez, sea como extensión o en su lugar. Aunque "provisionally" si es una palabra apropiada para esta situación, te sugiero que optes por un término más "legal". Por ello mi sugerencia es el termino legal "ad interim" que indica tanto "en lugar de" o "como suplente" y a la vez indica que es temporal. Hay quienes usan la palabra "interimly", pero esta no es palabra aceptada. Quedaría asi: "his duties shall be assumed ad interim by any other member of the Board". Buena Suerte!!!!
