El INTERES PROCESAL: El orden y organización de los procesos exige que la participación de las personas en el proceso se limite a quienes tengan un interés jurídico, que constituye el derecho a intervenir en el proceso. ... El interés se requiere para estar legitimado en esta causa, lo cual significan que quien formula una petición debe tener un interés personal, legítimo,directo. ..."
