Qué extraña expresión: "primero en su orden". Debo confesar que jamás la había visto en 30 años en México. Tampoco "corredor publico <#> de la plaza del distrito federal". Supongo que es un texto antiguo.
En fin, para "primero en su orden", me parece un redundancia innecesaria: es el primer original que expide el fulano y ya.

I've been reading and looking at examples for a while now. "En su orden" is short for "en su orden de expedición" and this refers to multiple copies being issued to the various parties. In the reference you can see an explanation of this in Article 52.
